We begin each project by understanding key goals and requirements, exchanging inspirational imagery, walking through the plan or site. Then, we plan layouts, create sketches and gather imagery and materials to express the design vision. Contractural agreements are made at the concept kick-off. As plans are developed, we generate elevations and 3D visuals to clearly show each space in detail within the scope of work.

Next, all design documentation is updated and completed so that the documentation and photo-realistic imagery clearly conveys synced information for project implementation. Behind the scenes, we coordinate with other consultants such as landscape, MEP, and architecture to ensure all trades are coordinated. If required by the client, we'll include the bidding of the detail design package and evaluation of unit rates and material proposals by the contractor. 

During site implementation, we supervise shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and installation. Artwork and accessories may be included in the project scope to provide that final touch. Lastly, during the punch list period, we’ll note any defects or issues with materials or products and work with the contractor to resolve them.
